Hello, I have been diagnosed with MRSA in my nares. I am curious to know if the Garlic rince will help to get rid of the MRSA? I have read were garlic kills bacteria and would be nonresistant. Do you have any advice on this? Also is this garlic you would buy at a grocery store? Very interested!

I've never made elderberry tincture, but having made many other tinctures in the past, I bet it would work well. The key is making sure you use as many berries as possible in the vodka, so you extract as much as possible.

I would probably start with 2 dropperfuls 3 times a day.

I'm not so sure that chickens can even spot a tiny deer tick. We have had chickens free ranging around our house for the past few years and still had major deer tick issues.

I hope Emmeline is doing better.

This was the first year we had deer ticks as well. Emmeline got bit by one and developed a fever that night. We went ahead and got abx the next day and I also gave her herbal remedies.

I had thought the ticks might be because it was the first summer I insisted on not letting the chickens free range because they were destroying my gardens. I've gone back to letting the chickens roam and am going to have to try and figure out how to protect the gardens. Deer fencing was a bust. It tore very easily.

I made elderberry extract in august using organic elderberries from Mountain Rose Herbs and vodka. I love elderberry extract! How effective do you think a homemade extract like that is? What kind of dosing would your recommend compared to a syrup?

Do you know the proper dose of cod liver for children. Also, I have a friend whose daughter received the tetnus shot after cutting her foot at a pool. Ever since her 11 year old daughter has had nearly constant fever and been unable to go to school.
