While I'm all for better health, I'm really not into eating food that tastes like "health food".  I am a foodie at heart, so what I eat every day has to meet the minimum requirement of being not only good for me, but also delicious!   I have developed quite a few recipes that meet this criteria and put them together in a book that is about to be released soon.  It is called, Vibrant Health, and also has information on how to transition easily to healthier food.

All of the recipes in my cookbook and on this blog are also gluten-free.  Many people find significant health improvements when they omit gluten from their diet.  I found that my chronic canker sores, depression, acne, and PMS went away when I stopped eating gluten.  I recommend a gluten-free diet to most of my clients and anyone wanting a higher level of vitality.
